Are all Items New ?

All items sold on our website are new and delivered with valid Bill. We don't sell used items. Since Hydshop.in started in 2010 we haven't sold any used item.

Do you provide deliver on Sunday ?

Yes, we deliver on Sunday also but only in Hyderabad. For other parts of the country it depends on individual courier companies. Normally, courier companies do not deliver on sunday and National Holidays.

Customer service support hours ?

Our Phone customer service is available from 10 am to 11:30 pm ( Monday to Satuday) and 10am to 5pm on Sunday. You can also email us anytime and we will reply within hours.

Is Cash on Delivery payment method available ?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available, please go ahead and place the order. If incase the Cash on delivery is not available at your address, we would contact you through email or phone.

Can i contact you for an item which is not listed on the site ?

Yes, you can contact us and we may arrange your desired item.

Will my order ship as as soon as i place the order with card payment ?

Yes, most of all orders ships within 24 hours. Very Few or Rare card payment orders may go through manual verification from the payment gateway and it may take upto 2 business days for this process to be completed.
