Shipping & Returns policy

Hydshop.in ships most of the orders on the same day of order. We use reputed couriers who normally deliver your order in 2-3 business days throughout India. For very rural areas where only Postal service is available it may few more business  days. We take full responsibility of the safety of package in transit.

In Hyderabad, we provide home delivery on the same day of order between 10 am to 10 pm (Monday to Saturday) through our own staff in Hyderabad. We may deliver on sundays and holidays also in Hyderabad.

Almost all of the items sold on our site are covered with Manufacturer warranty and are shipped with a valid bill.  Incase it is damaged or seal broken before delivery of the item please do not accept the delivery and we will deliver the replacement as soon as possible.  Returns for no fault of the item will not be accepted and if accepted in exceptional cases, delivery charges, appropriate restocking & payment gateway fees based on the delivery date would be deducted from your refund and it would be issued through the same payment method used for the order.
