Return Policy:

Most of the items sold on our site are covered with Manufacturer warranty, In case the product becomes defective (due to manufacturing defect) within 3 days of delivery then there is no need for you to visit the service center of the manufacturer, just contact us through your account and we will replace or refund after verifying the defect.

Unwanted returns will not be accepted. If accepted, delivery charges, appropriate restocking fees based on the delivery date would be deducted from your refund and it would be issued through the same payment method used for the order.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement details once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping:

Currently, we are delivering only within twin cities i.e. Hyderabad and Secunderabad and its surrounding areas. We will soon expand delivery to other cities.

Please provide your regular phone number so that we can reach to you for any information.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items.

Same day delivery is an estimate and it is not a guarantee. If the item cannot be delivered on the same day then it would be delivered on the next business day.

If you select bank deposit payment option then we would not be able to ship the order until your transfer is complete.

For orders placed with Cash on delivery, you would receive a call from us for verification. Until the verification is complete we would not be able to ship the orders.

We Deliver Monday to Saturday through our own staff and may also try to deliver late evenings for people who work in night shifts at office locations.

For Specific requests we may also deliver on Sundays.
